AV Group UK grew out of Avon Valley Security. What started as a local security firm has evolved into a family-owned group covering three tightly-run pillars, Security, Medical Cover and Cleaning & Maintenance, under one accountable roof. We help venues, event organisers, production companies, hotels, developers, facilities managers and public-sector clients who need one team they can pick up the phone to, at any hour, and know the job will be handled properly. Our specialism is the messy middle: night-time economy, live events, film sets, hotels, medical response, key holding, out-of-hours cleans and short-notice cover. Work where standards, judgement and calm under pressure matter more than a slick pitch. Bristol is our HQ. We deliver daily across the South West and South Wales, and travel nationally for the right brief.
